1. General Rules and Acceptance

• Cash Out: Cash Out feature may not be available for all events and can be withdrawn at any time

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to temporarily or permanently close your account as part of responsible gaming, you may use the self-exclusion option. Self-exclusion periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.

Balance at Time of Account Closure

Voluntary account closure: You may withdraw your remaining balance (subject to turnover requirements). Closure for rule violations: All bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Deposits may or may not be refunded at wdmahjong's discretion. After closure, you may not create a new account.
